1. Introduction & Agreement
This is a legally binding agreement between you and the Management of El Deep Fit. By downloading or using the app, you fully agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the application immediately.
2. Service Scope & Ownership
Nature: A digital platform for training and nutritional plans for Coach Youssef El Deep's subscribers.
Limitation: The app provides instructional content only and does not offer direct medical supervision or real-time monitoring.
Ownership: All content is the exclusive property of Coach Youssef El Deep.
3. Eligibility & Use
Age: Users must be 18+; otherwise, a guardian assumes all responsibility.
Account: Subscriptions must be approved. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
Prohibited: Screen recording, photographing content, or redistributing any materials is strictly forbidden.
Security: The app uses Digital Watermarking. Content leaks will result in criminal and civil legal action.
Anti-Piracy: Using tools to decrypt or extract data is a cybercrime.
5. Health Disclaimer & Liability
Content is for guidance only, not medical treatment.
You acknowledge you are healthy enough for exercise.
The Coach/Management is not liable for injuries, health damages, or fatalities resulting from use.
By accepting, you waive your right to legal claims for injuries occurring during unsupervised workouts.
6. Financial & Points Policies
Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable.
Fraud: Attempting a bank chargeback is considered financial fraud.
Points: Virtual credits with no monetary value. They cannot be stacked with promo codes.
Redemption: Capped at 10% of a new subscription cost.
7. Termination & Law
Management may block accounts for leaking content, sharing credentials, or using offensive language. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
